Terence Sullivan was appointed Chairman of Amebis in 2011. Prior to joining the company he held senior executive positions in Clonmel Healthcare. Terence is currently Chairman of a number of Irish Companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries and is also on the board of other companies in the same fields.

With over thirty years experience in the pharmaceutical industry at senior management and directorship level, he is a skilled negotiator with an excellent knowledge of finance, international licensing agreements and strategic partnerships.Terence is also an active Mentor to Enterprise Ireland advising many indigenous life science companies.

Gearoid O'Driscoll, Finance Director

Gearoid O’Driscoll is the company’s Finance Director and also a  Senior Partner in ODM Accountants and ODM Financial, both based in Bandon, County Cork and established since  1977. Gearoid holds professional  membership of the Council of the CPA Institute and Irish Taxation Institute and is current President of the Chamber of Commerce in Bandon, Co. Cork.

Reflected in his professional career, Gearoid had adopted a special and lifelong interest in the stimulation and sustainment of indigenous enterprise and support of the entrepreneurial culture.

Tom O'Mahony, Director

Thomas O'Mahony is the owner and Managing Director of Clayton Plant Protection Limited, a company distributing a wide range of agrochemicals to the European market.
